“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院发展现状、问题与改革路径

目前“一带一路”沿线国家中共有52个国家设立了138所孔子学院,既有“一对一”合作模式,也有“一对多”合作模式。“一带一路”倡议为孔子学院的发展带来了新机遇,有助于推动孔子学院规模的进一步壮大,可以为孔子学院的发展注入新活力,有助于孔子学院的特色化发展。但同时,孔子学院也面临着数量分布不均匀、合作机构和承办机构均较单一,运行机制不完善等问题。基于此,未来孔子学院应科学定位“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院发展思路,丰富“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院发展模式,完善“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院的运行模式。

Research on the Status Quo, Problems and Reform Path of Confucius Institutes in the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

At present, there are 138 Confucius Institutes in 52 Belt and Road countries. Most of their Chinese partner institutions and foreign sponsors are higher education institutions. In the form of cooperation, there are two models:"one-to-one" model and "one-to-many" model. The Belt and Road initiative has brought new opportunities for the development of the Confucius Institutes, which helps to promote the further expansion of the Confucius Institute''s scale, and injects new vitality into the development of the Confucius Institutes, which will contribute to the characteristic development of the Confucius Institutes. At the same time, Confucius Institutes also face problems such as uneven quantity distribution, relatively simple cooperation institutions and contractors, and imperfect operating mechanisms in the context of the Belt and Road construction. Based on this, the future development of the Confucius Institutes can be started from the following aspects:scientifically positioning the development ideas of the Confucius Institutes, enriching the development model of the Confucius Institutes and improving operating mechanisms of the Confucius Institutes in counties along the Belt and Road.
