农户参与退耕还林行为选择机理分析

退耕还林工程是迄今为止我国农户参与面最广的一项生态建设工程。该文首先分析了农户参与退耕还林行为选择的一般机理，并进行了农户参与退耕还林工程的成本与收益分析，进而指出：农户参与退耕还林的行为选择过程，多数情况下就是综合因素制约下的成本与收益之间进行权衡比较的过程，只有当预期总收益大于预期总成本时，农户才会参与退耕工程。

The paper firstly analyzes the common behavior choice mechanism and the cost and benefit of farmer households participating in the program, and points out that the behavior choice is usually the process of comparison and balance between the cost and benefit under the restriction of comprehensive factors. Only when the anticipated total benefit is bigger than the cost, the farmer households can make the decision of participation.
