关于生态文明城市建设的思考--以烟台市为例

生态文明城市，作为城市建设的高级阶段，顺应了时代和历史发展的潮流，是实现美丽中国构想的重要组成部分，当前如何持续推进城市的生态文明建设已成为人们关注的焦点。烟台市作为沿海开放城市，有着优越的自然条件以及高起点的发展基础，具有建设生态文明城市的独特优势，近年来，烟台市不断追求生态保护与经济发展的平衡，在提出“美丽烟台”理念、制定城市生态发展规划、改善城市的生态环境、发展生态经济、增加城市综合治理的投入、培育生态共识、健全生态机制等方面探索有益做法，力图使烟台市成为“经济美、环境美、社会美、生活美”的生态文明建设示范区。

Reflections on the Construction of Ecological Civilization City: Taking Yantai as an Example

Ecological civilization city ,being the advanced stage of urban construction and conforming to the trend of times and historical development ,is an important part in the course of realizing the dream of Beautiful China .How to promote the construction of ecological civilization city has become a focus of public attention .Yantai ,as an open coastal city ,has superior natural conditions ,its development foundation is on a good starting point , and the city has unique advantages in building ecological civilization .In recent years ,Yantai continues to seek a balance between ecological protection and economic development by putting forward the concept of “Building a Beautiful Yantai” ,formulating ecological development plan ,improving eco‐environment ,developing eco‐economy ,increasing input in comprehensive governance of the city ,promoting ecological consensus and perfecting ecological mechanism .Such positive measures aim to build the city into a demonstration area of ecological civilization construction with powerful economy , beautiful environment , harmonious society and enjoyable life .
