| 摘 要： | 在分析了企业并购主要风险的基础上,建立了企业并购风险的多层次模糊综合评价模型,并进行了实例分析。分析结果表明,利用多层次模糊综合评价方法分析企业并购风险,可以克服很多不确定性因素的干扰,能更加直接、客观地进行并购风险评价,并可为并购企业做出正确的并购决策提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis upon the factors influencing the risk of mergers & acquisitions,this paper established a risk evaluation model of mergers & acquisitions based on hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,through which the risk has been empirically studied.The result shows that the risk evaluation model,overcoming the disturbing of many uncertain factors,can provide us with credible reference about the mergers & acquisitions directly and impersonally. |
