| Abstract: | The reform of the teaching model in the reading course of English majors puts high requirement on the learning autonomy of the students.And it is indicated that the metacognitive ability is the essential aspect in the formation of students' learning autonomy.Therefore,the purposeful cultivation of the students' metacognitive ability in the classroom teaching practice contributes to the development of individualized study methods and the improvement of autonomous learning ability. |
