| 摘 要： | 我国法官队伍整体专业化水平不高 ,特别是有相当一批法官是通过成人教育培养的 ,提高其专业水平有诸多困难。应从改革法院人事制度、提高法官任职资格的学历底线、进行严格的司法考试和搞好法官继续教育等方面入手来进行法官队伍的专业化建设 ,造就一支高素质的专业化法官队伍。

| Abstract: | In our country, the judges' professional level isnot high as a whole, especially quite a few of them are trained by adult education, so there ismuch difficulty to increase theirprofessional level. We should carry on the building of the professional contingent by improving the lowest line of record of formal schooling in qualification of judges the unified judicial examination and doing judges continual education, thereby train a professional contingent of judges with good quality. |
