| 摘 要： | 对辽宁省"九五"其间的可持续发展状况进行了评价,得出辽宁在"九五"其间属于可持续发展,但在1996年产生了一定的波动。并根据评价结果,找出了限制辽宁可持续发展的7大因子,并给出相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | This paper made an assessment of the sustainable development in Liaoning Province during the period of the Ninth Five-Year Plan, and drew a conclusion that Liaoning Province kept the sustainable development during that time, but had some fluctuation in 1996. And based on the assessment's results, this paper points out seven kinds of limitative factors in Liaoning Province's sustainable development and some corresponding solution countermeasures are then proposed. |
