| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛社会保障思想是马克思主义社会保障理论与中国国情相结合的产物,是马克思主义中国化的理论成果,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的有机组成部分。它在社会保障的发展前提、适度发展原则、价值取向以及实践理性方面与马克思主义社会保障理论既一脉相承又与时俱进,既继承了马克思主义社会保障理论的基本精神,又对时代发展作出了科学回应,是对马克思主义社会保障理论的继承与发展,充分体现了科学性、实践性、时代性与创新性的高度统一。
