高校学生就业创业能力培养模式探析——基于“展翅计划”行动的调查研究

以广东省开展“展翅计划”——广东大学生就业创业能力提升行动为契机,对参与活动的肇庆学院学生及部分用人单位进行调查采访,综合分析大学生就业创业能力现状.针对高校学生缺乏工作技巧和就业创业知识、欠缺实践经验等问题,提出3种培养模式：一是构建系统化的就业创业课程体系,分层次科学设置并纳入学分管理;二是优化师资结构,纳入教学评估管理体系;三是加强就业创业教育实践体系建设,打造就业创业导向型社会实践模式.

Employability and Entrepreneurship Training Mode for University Students： a study based on the investigation of the students of Zhaoqing University taking part in the Zhanchi Program

The Zhanchi Program is an employability and entrepreneurship training program for college students in Guangdong Province. In this article, the author analyzes the students from Zhaoqing University who took part in this program and some employees. The results show that the students lack working skills and neces- sary knowledge for employability and entrepreneurship, based upon which the author puts forward three different employability and entrepreneurship training modes： 1） to set up a systematic curriculum for employability and en- trepreneurship training with credits management system; 2） to improve faculty structure and teaching manage- ment and assessment system; 3） to improve the construction of the internship system which is employability and entrepreneurship oriented.
