试论地方院校教育国际化发展的对策——以肇庆学院为例

高等教育国际化是地方院校发展的大趋势,地方院校必须要抓住机遇,迎接教育国际化的挑战,根据自身的条件确立有自己特色的国际化发展对策.通过对肇庆学院国际交流与合作个案研究发现：肇庆学院面临着对国际化人才培养认识不足,与国际化人才培养相适应的内部体制开放不够,与国际化人才培养相适应的国际间交流与合作不够深入等根本问题,也面临着留学生招生难度大、招聘境外教师不够理想、中外合作项目及港澳台学历生招生进展较慢等实际问题;提出了加强留学生招生、管理和教学工作,确保境外教师的引进和有效管理、大力推进师生出国进修和学习,加快国际交流学院建设,将国际化办学理念贯彻到人才培养方案及培养过程中等对策.

Countermeasures on the Development of Educational Internationalization of Local Colleges and Universities： taking Zhaoqing University as an example

The internationalization of higher education has already become the trend of the development of local colleges and universities in China. Such colleges and universities must seize the opportunity and meet the challenge of international education to establish the countermeasures of internationalization development according to its own conditions. Through the findings from the study of international exchanges and cooperation in the case of Zhaoqing University： it is facing with the basic problems as following ：insufficient understanding of inter- nationalized talents cultivation, and international talents that meet the needs of the internal system of open sys- tem, and internationalized talents that meet the needs of international exchanges and cooperation between in- depth questions, it is also facing with the real problems of overseas student enrollment, recruitment of foreign teachers which are not be satisfied and the Sino foreign cooperation projects and Hong Kong and Macao degree graduate enrollment are at the slow rate of progress. It proposes to strengthen the student enrollment, manage- ment and teaching work, ensures that the introduction of foreign teachers and effective management, continues to promote the teachers and students to go abroad to study and learning ,accelerates the construction of College of international exchange, and so on.. Hope It can provide a reference for the internationalization development of local colleges and universities.
