| 摘 要： | 受社会人才评价机制和学校科研、教学和学科设置等的影响,高职高专院校学报存在着稿源不足、稿件质量不高等问题,严重影响着学报学术质量的提高.高职高专院校学报应充分发挥编辑的主动性以拓宽作者群,实行名栏主持人制度,缩短学报发表周期,充分发挥地方人才优势,争创优秀期刊品牌,以此打造一支结构合理、学术能力强的作者队伍,提升刊物的学术质量.

| Abstract: | Because of talent appraisal system,college science research and subject setting,the journals of vocational college often has the difficulty in contribution's quality and quantity that badly impact the journal's development.Thus journal of vocational college should fully exert editors' go-aheadism to develop the contributor group,choice the compere to take charge the focus column,shorten the period of publication,bring local talents into play so as to set up the journal brand. |
