合作技术创新过程中隐性知识学习途径研究

激烈的国际竞争环境使科技与创新成为综合国力竞争的焦点,增强企业的合作技术创新能力是确保竞争优势的长远战略;企业合作过程中存在着频繁的正式与非正式隐性知识的交流与共享,其产出成果也以隐性知识为主要形式,目前我国企业隐性技术开发知识的学习、吸收和创新能力不强;合作技术创新以隐性知识的学习、开发和创造为目标,企业必须加强信息的交流与沟通、建立知识管理系统、加大研发与人力资源投入,以增强其对隐性知识吸收的途径。

The violent international competitive environment makes the scientific and technological innovation be the focal point of the comprehensive state power.To strengthen the cooperative technological innovation abilities of the enterprises is the long strategy that guarantees the competitive edge.There exist frequent communications and co-enjoyments of formal and informal invisible knowledge in the course of the cooperation of enterprises,the results they obtain take the invisible knowledge as the main form.At present,the learning,absorbing and innovating abilities for opening up the invisible technology of our country's enterprises are not strong.For the cooperative technological innovation it is necessary for the enterprises to take the learning,opening out and creating the invisible knowledge as the goal;strengthen the communication of information,set up knowledge management system,enlarge the investment of development and manpower resources,so that strengthen their way to absorbing the invisible knowledge.
