新疆对外贸易与环境保护协调发展思路探析

国际贸易与环境的协调发展问题越来越引起人们的关注。近年来新疆对外贸易连续增长，成为新疆经济增长的动力，但同时我们也不应忽视对外贸易所带来的环境污染问题。文章运用对外贸易的环境效应分析方法．得出新疆对外贸易的环境总效应为负的结论，认为，要扭转这种负效应局面，必须从转变经济增长方式、调整进出口商品结构、以环保为基点培育外贸竞争优势这几个方面做好工作。

An Analysis of a Coordinated Development between Foreign Trade and Environmental Protection in Xin jiang

The issue of a coordinated development between foreign trade and environmental protection has drawing attention in recent years. Recently, Xinjiang foreign trade has experienced sustained growth, which has become the impetus behind the economic growth of Xinjiang. At the same time, however, the environment pollution brought about by from foreign trade cannot be neglected. Based on the environmental effect analysis on foreign trade and environment, this paper concludes that the impact of foreign trade on Xinjiang＇s environment tends to be generally negative. To avert this situation, efforts must be made in light of the mode of economic growth, adjustment of export structure, and environment-oriented foreign trade.
