| 摘 要： | 在八旗组织中,汉军与满洲在政治权利、经济待遇、社会生活与舆论宣传等领域的差异是非常突出的。乾隆时期令汉军出旗为民是旗内满、汉差异发展之极致,也是“首崇满洲”这一根本政策支配与驱动的必然结果。
