| 摘 要： | 政府采购模式大致可分为集中采购制、分散采购制和混合采购制 ,三种政府采购模式各有利弊。而我国要建立自己的政府采购模式 ,就要对以上三种模式进行比较分析 ,取长补短。从我国的实际情况看 ,由于各地经济基础不一 ,为了便于政府把握宏观调控方向 ,更大限度地节约财政资金 ,调动供需各方的积极性 ,笔者认为 ,我国宜采取集中采购制与分散采购制相结合的模式 ,即混合采购模式。

| Abstract: | The forms of government purchase can be divided into amass purchase,diverted purchase and mixed purchase They all have advantages and disadvantages China must analygse the above three forms,taking the advantages and getting rid of the opposite ones in order to build our own patten of purchase But in matter of fact,the economic basis is different in every parts of the country,the writer believes China should use both amass and diverted purchase,that is mixed purchase |
