| 摘 要： | 汉语"国家安全"的两种英语表达State Security和National Security各有长短,难以取舍,因而需要一个把state与nation很好地融合在一起的英语新词。依据汉语旧词"国家"能容纳英语state、nation和country的高度概括性,给英语造一个新词"guojia",把"国家安全"在英语中表达为"Guojia Security",便能把国家安全学理论要求的"国家"概念的普遍性、科学性与人文性、民主性很好地统一起来。

| Abstract: | The term "Guojia Anquan" in Chinese has its two English translations,respectively "State Security" and "National Security".Since "Guojia" in Chinese embraces the concepts of "state","nation" as well as "country",there is no better way than to coin a new word "Guojia" in English to represent all these concepts.In this manner,"Guojia Security",the English version of "Guojia Anquan",can be best applied to unifying universality,scientificity,humanity and democracy of the concept "Guojia" in the framework of the theoretical study of "Guo Jia An Quan". |
