| 摘 要： | 作为先秦诸子中的一家,法家突出的特点是追求绝对君主专制。体现了前期法家代表人物商鞅思想的《商君书》重"壹",集大成者先秦法家思想的《韩非子》尚"道",而从"壹"到"道"正勾勒出法家追求绝对君主专制的轨迹。

| Abstract: | The prominent feature of the Legalists is the pursuit of absolute monarchy.Shangjun Shu,which embodies the thinking of the pre-legalists Shang Yang,pays attention to "yi",and Han Feizi attaches importance to "tao",just drawing the route that the Legalists pursue the absolute monarchy from "yi" to "tao". |
