| 摘 要： | 在简要分析西部地区人地系统的基础上，建立了经济联系强度（Economic Relation Force，ERF）宏观模型，评价人口对区域经济发展的影响。在模型建立和求解过程中，充分考虑了对象系统较强的不确定性和可塑性，将人口增长率、人口流动性、人口规模、人口分布、人口年龄结构和人口素质等指标有机整合入ERF，该模型能够较为全面地评价人口对区域经济发展的影响，为区域发展规划的研究和制定提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | A macro-model, termed as ERF （Economic Relation Force）, is proposed based on analyzing characteristics of the complex human-term system in western China, to evaluate population influence upon regional economy. In consideration of the uncertainty and plasticity of the objective system, the model indexes include the population scale, structure, distribution, migration, natural increase, and quality, and so on, as well as the character radius of a city. ERF model can comprehensively evaluate the influence of population on regional economic development, furthermore provide scientific foundations for the research and constituting of development plan. |
