| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the key factor which restrictes the industrialization of the scientific achievement of high education,the author identifies that the existing managing system is not consistent with market economy,and it will make a negative impact on development of industrialization.A proposal to improve this situation,thus,is put forward. |
