| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,“模范抗日根据地”晋察冀在进行减租减息和互助合作运动的同时,开展了广泛的农业改良运动。边区兴修水利工程,发展农田灌溉事业;开展农业科学研究与技术推广。这些改良措施促进了边区农业的恢复和发展,为抗战胜利奠定了坚实的物质基础,同时也为我们今天的农村经济建设积累了宝贵的历史经验。

| Abstract: | The agriculture was extensivly improved when reducing the rent and interest in the Shanxi-Chahaer-He- bei border region during Anti-Japanese war.The marine hydraulic engineering was developed.The agriculture sci- ence reaearch and the agriculture technique were expanded.These measures promoted the agricultural installation during Anti-Japanese war and laid the foundation of economy and left the precious history experience of economic develpment in village for us. |
