| Abstract: | Liaoning is confronted with two tasks of revitalizing of the old industrial base and opening the coast.The international shift of service industry provides the good development opportunities for the development of service industry in Liaoning.Liaoning should hold this advantageous historical turning point and take the effective action to solve the problems of service industry in the course of opening up,raising the level of opening up in services and promoting the revitalization of the old industrial base. |
