新时期高校宣传思想工作新认识

江泽民同志“七一”讲话 ,是新的历史时期党建和各项工作的行动指南 ,也是加强和改进高校宣传思想工作的指导方针。高校宣传部门必须积极应对当前面临的新形势和新挑战 ,不断增强宣传思想工作的责任感、使命感和紧迫感 ,坚定不移地用马克思主义占领高校思想文化阵地 ,不断探索推进宣传思想工作的新途径和新方法 ,为教学科研架桥铺路 ,为高等学校的改革发展稳定贡献力量。

New Understanding of Propaganda and Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities in a New Period

The important address of President JIANG Zeming made on July 1st now acts as the guideline for constructing of the party as well as other works, and also for strengthening and improving propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities. In the new era, propaganda department in colleges and universities should face new situation and new challenges positively and try to keep enhancing responsibility and the sense of mission and urgency in the field of propaganda and ideological work. They should also arm literature arts and ideological work in campus with Marxism to persist in exploring new ways for innovation of propaganda and idelolgical work. This can provide firm foundation for teaching and researcing and will contribute greatly to the reform, development and stability of colleges and universities.
