摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备稀土固体超强酸催化剂SO4^2-/SnO2-CeO2,并将其用于柠檬酸和正丁醇合成柠檬酸三丁酯的反应.着重考察了影响酯化反应的主要因素,获得了较适宜的酯化反应条件:正丁醇与柠檬酸的摩尔比为4:1,催化剂用量为4.0%,一定温度下微沸反应3.5h,柠檬酸的酯化率达到95.87%.

Abstract:The tri-n-butyl citrate ester was synthesized by citric acid and butanol under the rare earth solid super acid catalyst SO4^2-/SnO2-CeO2 which was prepared by sol-gel method. The primary factors related to the esteriflcation reaction were studied here,and the appropriate reaction condition of the esterification reaction was obtained:the mole rate of butanol to citric acid is 4:1,the catalyst amount is (total feed materials quality)4%,react 3.5 h under the certain temperature. And the esterification rate of tri-n-butyl citrate is 95.87%.
