摘    要:书院是我国古代特有的教育形式和文化载体.在长期的发展过程中,形成了自己和谐独特的文化精神.广西古代书院在教学方面的和谐精神体现在:教学与学术研究和谐结合,允许不同学派进行会讲、开展争辩,道德修养与学问和谐并进,多采用问难论辩式,师生关系和谐融洽.古代广西书院的和谐精神对加强新世纪桂林文教事业的建设仍有启发意义.

Abstract:The academy of classical learning was China's unique educational form and cultural carrier in ancient times.In the course of long-term development,it formed its own harmonious cultural spirit.This spirit in teaching in ancient Guangxi academy is mainly reflected in :(1)harmonious combination of teaching and academic research;(2)letting different schools of thought contend;(3)simultaneous development of ethics and learning;(4)stressing guidance in students' reading;(5)harmonious relationships between teachers and students.This shows that the harmonious spirit in ancient Guangxi academy of classical learning is still of great practical significance in promoting the development of today's Guilin cultural and educational undertakings.
