产业组织者的缺失对我国制造业发展的制约及改进

由于产业组织者的缺失,我国钢铁业缺乏迅捷高效的协调组织,其经济效益明显受制于上下游两端。尽管我国钢铁业采取了诸如加速海外矿产资源的并购、投资等改进措施,但仍存在很大不足,需要进一步完善。分析指出优化国际和国内两个市场的布局可作为进一步改进和完善的方向,并提出以下措施:(1)重视海运等物流通道;(2)通过企业交叉持股的方式建立利益共同体;(3)通过产品差异化获取下游市场的有力支撑;(4)进一步增强行业协会的服务功能等措施以促进我国钢铁业的快速发展。

Restriction of the lack of industry organizers on the manufacturing development,and its improvement

Due to the lack of industry organizers,China steel industry has failed to achieve rapid and efficient coordination and organization,and its economic effects have been restricted by the upper and lower sections in the steel industry chain.Some measures were taken such as merger and acquisition or investment for overseas mineral resources,but there remains still much to improve.It is held that the further improving approach is to optimize the international and domestic market distribution.In addition,the measures are proposed as follows to promote the rapid development of China steel industry.(1)Logistics channels such as sea transport should be paid more attention to.(2)The community interests should be set up in the way of enterprises mutual shareholding.(3)The support from market in the lower section should be obtained by products differentiation.(4)The service role of trade associations should be strengthened.
