| 摘 要： | 从构建和谐社会的要求出发,结合教师队伍的现状与加强教师职业道德教育的重要和紧迫要求,阐述了加强教师职业道德教育的意义;并从加强教师职业道德教育与维护教师合法权益相结合、与开展活动相结合、与制度管理相结合、与现代教育技术相结合四方面,论述了高校工会加强教师职业道德教育的工作方式方法.

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the importance and significance of strengthening the education of teachers' professional ethics from the point of view of constructing a harmonious community in the light of the current situation of the teaching force.It comes up with patterns and ways to strengthen the education of teachers' professional ethics in 4 aspects: strengthening the education of teachers' professional ethics in combination with defending teachers' legal rights and interests,launching activities,system management and modern educational technology. |
