| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,而社区建设将是建设社会主义新农村的新模式。要通过政府主导建设农村社区,加强国际组织和非政府组织合作开展农村社区建设项目,完善农村社区自治,推进社会主义新农村发展进程。

| Abstract: | In the course of our modernization,to construct socialist new countryside has turned at to be a task with historical significance,for which community construction will serve as a new model at the new stage.The further development of socialist new countryside will,under the guidance of our government,be made by way of promoting our cooperation with both international and non-governmental organizations in projects for the construction of rural communities and bettering the capacity of self-government in those rural communities. |
