| 摘 要： | 如何预防和减少大学生犯罪已成为当前研究大学生犯罪的首要任务。大学生犯罪的原因是多种因素在特定环境下的有机结合,主要有市场经济体制不完善和不良社会环境导致价值观的沦丧、教育体制的负面影响、家庭培养制度的落后、不良社会文化的影响以及大学生个人因素等等。通过对大学生各种犯罪现象的剖析,对制定预防大学生违法犯罪的对策和措施,提出了自己的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | It is the primary task in studying college students committing crime to prevent and reduce the crime rate among college students.The main reason of college student's committing crime comes from the combination of different factors: the decay of values caused by negative social environment, the negative effect of and educational system,the lag of family educational system,negative effect of social culture,the personal problems of college students.This paper analyzes all kinds of phenomena of college student's committing crime,and puts forward the advice in formulating measures to prevent college student's committing crime. |
