摘    要:王国维一生学术三变,起先潜心于康德、尼采与叔本华思想,继而开展宋元文学研究,最终从事中国古史研究,以二重证据法为指导,钩沉发明,成果粲然。尤其是王国维在《古史新证》等著作中论证周世系确实存在,推想夏后世存在无误,并强调“经典所记上古之事,今日虽有未得二重证明者,固未可以完全抹杀也”,表示与胡适、顾颉刚“古史抹杀论”的明确界限。通过对王国维学术叙论认为,历史是民族的“记忆”,文化是种群的根脉。王对中国历史与文化根源的探寻、求信与确认,有助于中国人确定历史认同,维护民族自尊,也为中国文化建设奠定重要基石。

Abstract:Abstract: WANG Guo-wei as a scholar experienced three shifts in his life: from the study ofKant, Nietzsche and Schopenhauer via the literature of the Song and Yuan dynasties to theclassic Chinese history and his achievements were great. In A New Proof for the ClassicHistory and his other books, he demonstrated the existence of the Zhou and the Xia againstthe negative conclusions made by HU Shi and GU Jie-gang. WANG's study and affirmationof the origins of the Chinese history and culture are helpful to the Chinese in their historicalidentification and national dignity, and laid the important footstone for the Chinese culturalconstruction.
