论贾谊《新书》“备月氏、灌窳之变”

汉初思想家贾谊提出过若干重要的政治建议,其中多有因战略眼光的远大卓越形成重要影响者.<新书·匈奴>中发表的有关"备月氏、灌窳之变"的意识,是在认真体察西北民族关系历史和现状的基础上形成的真知灼见.贾谊相关建议与对匈奴的"三表""五饵"彼此照应,形成了北边战略的全新思路.后来汉武帝对匈奴战争中争取草原同盟国的外交努力,开通河西走廊的军事成就,在西域与匈奴的成功争夺,都可以看作是在这一思想的基础上施行的政治实践.
