| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO,有些发达国家为了保护自身的产业和市场,实行绿色贸易壁垒政策,严重阻碍了中国农产品的出口。其影响主要表现在两方面:一是通过贸易禁止影响市场准入;二是通过增加出口成本而削减中国农产品在国际市场上的竞争力。造成上述影响的原因主要来自于国内外两方面。对此,中国应积极采取对策,突破绿色壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响。

| Abstract: | With China entering WTO,in order to pretect their industry and market,some developed countries carry out the policy of green trade barrie,thus hindering seriously the export of Chinese agricultural products.And the influence is presented mainly in two sides.One is that it has an effect on market enterance by trade prohibition.The other is that it reduces the competitive power of Chinese agricultural products in the international market by increasing export cost.The causes come mainly from domestic and foreign sources.Accordingly,China shoud take active measures to break through the barrier on Chinese agricultural procducts export. |
