| 摘 要： | 秦始皇长期以来被视为专制文化的代表,其实,秦始皇及其秦帝国始终是重视文化建设的。秦帝国奉行的是较为开明的文化政策,秦帝国的灭亡,主要在于秦二世对秦开明专制基础的军功贵族集团的毁坏和由于超人政治下秦始皇的突然死亡给帝国带来的不知所措所导致的结果。 |

| Abstract: | Qin Shihuang,the first emperor in China,is always regarded as the representative of cultural tyranny.However Qin Shihuang,together with his empire,attaches importance to the cultural construction with the priority of the enlightened cultural policies.The collapse of Qin Empire is basically caused by the depredation of Qin II on the nobles with military achievements on the one hand and the overwhelming chaos induced by Qin Shinghuang,the monarch s sudden death on the other hand. |
