| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府时期四川省农村出现了现代化的金融机构和现代化的金融业务,标志着民国时期四川传统的农村金融开始向现代化的农村金融转型,这是具有历史进步意义的,对四川农村经济的发展起到了一定的促进作用。但是由于当时的社会性质,再加之制度本身的缺陷,决定了其转型是艰难的,在转型的过程当中存在诸多问题,使得依靠现代化的农村金融来挽救四川农村、振兴四川农村经济的愿望落空。

| Abstract: | Modern financial organization and modernize financial business in Sichuan province appeared in Naning Puppet State,which symbolized the transformation from traditional to modern rural finance.The transformation had positive influence on the development of Sichuan rural economy.But it was a hard transformation because of social nature and system deficiency,and there were various kinds of problems.Hope that modern rural financial save Sichuan countryside was dashed. |
