论科学发展观的实践路径

科学发展观是一个科学的理论体系，它所体现的空间、时间、系统、价值“四大维度”实现了对发展观的历史超越。科学发展观的价值在于实践，然而，在当前学习实践科学发展观的过程中却暴露出来了一系列认识上的误区和实践上的难题。为此，必须解放思想，强化认识，树立科学发展的新理念；必须调查研究，摸清家底，确立科学发展的新规划；必须重视人才，创新科技，建立科学发展的新动力；必须强化考核，完善监督，创立科学发展的新机制。

On the Practice Path of the Scientific Concept of Development

The concept of scientific development is a scientific theoretical system, it is embodied in the space, time, system, the value of ＂four dimensions,＂ which has realized historicaly sumounting the denelopment concepts. The value of the scientific concept of development is to practice. However, in the current study and practice the sci- entific concept of development, a series of errors and practical problems has exposed the process of understanding. Therefore, We must emancipate our minds and strengthen understanding to stablish a new concept of scientific de- velopment; must research to find out the real situation a new scientific development planning; must pay attention to talent, innovation and technology to establish a new driving force for scientific development ; must strengthen the assessment, improve supervision to creat of a new mechanism for scientific development.
