| 摘 要： | 法律翻译不同于一般的文学翻译或科技翻译,应当有指导法律翻译的翻译原则和标准。法律表达以表达法律信息为出发点,其意包含了对法律原文的理解和用规范的法律语言表达。本文阐述了法律表达原则的内涵,并通过具体的例子说明在法律法规英译中遵循法律表达原则的重要性。

| Abstract: | The legal translation differs from the translation of literature and science.In doing legal translation,principles and norms are needed.One such important principle is the expressing of legal infor- mation in clear legal terms.This includes two steps:accurately understanding the original legal text and expressing the very text in standard legal language.This paper aims at analyzing the content of the princi- ple and showing the importance of adhering to the principle in legal translation by citing examples. |
