| Abstract: | The legal regulation of protecting divorced parents' rights to visit their children is still a gap in China. The paper introduces the conceptions, characteristics of visiting right, briefly analyses the legal rules of visiting children in China, and it puts forward specific legislative suggestions for establishing visiting regulation, dealing with visiting disputes, etc. |
