中国文化服务贸易现状与对策研究

发展文化服务贸易的迫切性日益被各国所认知，在世界贸易组织成员间的谈判和签订的协议中，文化服务贸易已成为大国竞争的焦点之一。拥有五千年不间断文明发展史的中国没有将丰富的历史文化资源转化为文化服务的国际比较优势，因而在当代国际文化服务贸易的竞争中显得相对滞后，表现为中国核心文化服务贸易存在严重逆差，且发展很不均衡。当前学术界已经认识到国际文化服务贸易的重要性，对国际文化服务贸易进行研究的论文专著逐渐多起来，但对国际文化服务贸易的系统的理论研究非常欠缺。为实现贸易强国之梦，有必要对中国文化服务贸易现状进行梳理，并提出发展对策。

A Study of Present Situation and Countermeasures of Chinese Cultural Service Trade

The necessity to develop cultural service trade has been widely recognized by different countries. In the agreements made among members of the World Trade Organization, the issue of cultural service trade has become a focus among powerful countries. Though with the development of its 5000-year civilization, China has not yet transformed its rich historical and cultural resources into an international advantage in cultural service, thus relatively lagging behind in the competition of cultural service trade around the world and showing a serious deficit and unbalanced development of the core cultural service trade. At present, the significance of international cultural service trade has been recognized by scholars and there appear many academic papers and books on this field, but there is no systematic study of international cultural service trade. It is, therefore, necessary to investigate the present situation of Chinese cultural service trade and have development countermeasures of our own.
