拓展型高等院校分校服务地方的三个基本误区及反思

拓展型高等院校分校作为三大类型分校之一,其重要使命在于直接有效地促进当地经济社会和自身的发展。但在其服务地方经济和社会发展过程中,极易陷入三个基本误区：对服务应有地位的认定误区、对服务主体的认知误区以及对服务方式的理解误区。在分析以上误区的基础上,文章从三个方面探索了拓展型高等院校分校服务地方的可行之路：从使命角度而不仅是服务职能来认定拓展型高等院校分校的＂服务＂;从服务＂机构＂和服务的＂人＂角度,确定服务的＂双主体＂特性;打破服务方式的直接性和均衡性,形成以＂学＂为主、＂产＂＂学＂互动的间接服务方式。

Three Basic Long-standing Misconceptions about the Branch Campus of Extending Universities Serving the Local Development and Reflections

Branch campus of extending universities ,as one of the three types of branch campus ,takes the significant responsibility of supporting local economic and social development directly and effectively. This process, however, while in operation ,tends to fall into three long-standing misconceptions： the misconceptions in identifying its deserved position, in perceiving the subject of service, and in the methods concerned. Based on the above analysis, this paper intends to explore into the practical ways to the service; that is, to identify the service from the perspective of service mission instead of the function,to determine its characteristics of ＂two subjects＂ of services from the angle of serving ＂mechanism＂ and ＂people served＂, and to break the direct and balanced service mode so as to form an indirect service mode,focusing on ＂learning＂ yet valuing interaction between＂ production＂ and ＂learning＂.
