| Abstract: | Engagement is a contract of people's relationship. It has the historical and actual base. At present, to-wards engagement, the legislature body takes attitude of no advocating , no prohibiting and no regulating. We should take the experience of old engagement system and draw lessons from foreign legislation of engagement. Then, we should legislate the engagement. |
