利益协调视角下医患纠纷群体性事件的对策——以南平医患纠纷事件处理实践为例

和谐的医患关系是建立在利益关系均衡的基础上的,要实现医患纠纷型群体性事件的成功消解就必须有一套合法合理的利益协调机制来协调医患双方的利益。通过对南平医患纠纷事件的相关调研分析,从利益导向、利益诉求、利益分配与补偿、利益调节、利益约束等五方面构建医患纠纷型群体性事件消解的利益协调机制。

Countermeasures for the Mass Incidents of Doctor-Patient Dissensions from the Perspective of Interests Coordination——A Case Study of the Event of Nanping Doctor-Patient Dissension

The harmonious doctor-patient relationship is established based on the balanced interests.The successful resolution of mass incidents of the doctor-patient dissension needs a legitimate and reasonable interest coordination mechanism to coordinate the interests of both doctors and patients.Based on the related investigation and analysis of the Nanping doctor-patient dissension,this paper builds an interest coordination mechanism for the resolution of the mass incidents of doctor-patient dissensions from the five aspects of the interest-orientation,interest demand,distribution and compensation of benefits,benefit adjustment,and benefit constraints.
