| 摘 要： | 区域经济是一国国民经济的重要组成部分，谋求区域经济协调发展是世界各国共同追求的目标。我国各区域由于区位条件、资源禀赋、产业基础和中央政府关于区域经济发展政策的差异，使得区域经济发展的差距逐步扩大，并产生了一系列的负面影响。在市场经济条件下，要实现区域经济协调发展，在充分发挥市场机制作用的同时，还必须充分发挥政府的职能作用，加强宏观调控。
