| 摘 要： | 王阳明对道教持扬弃态度。他否定道教弃人伦绝世务的宗旨,但肯定其养生术和心性论等思辩。他的心学融摄了道教的道本论、心本论、恬淡无滞的境界论及内外兼修的工夫论。
