全媒体时代新闻教育改革探析

随着数字媒介技术的发展，传统媒体与新媒体之间不断融合，产生了一种全新的媒介生产和传播平台，即全媒体。全媒体环境下，媒介内容的生产、传播、消费等传统形式已经被改造甚至被颠覆，传统新闻教育也因此需要作出重新的调整和规划。在全媒体环境下，新闻教育应该在重视社会学、哲学等人文综合素养培养的基础上，强化媒体技能培养和训练，同时又要适时调整，促使新闻教育向综合化、网络化、移动化和数字化方向发展，以培养出适应媒介融合需要的跨学科复合型新闻人才。

Analyses on the Journalism Education Reform in Omnimedia Era

With the development of digital media technology, the continuous integration between the traditional and new media creates a brand of new media production and spreading platform, called Omnimedia. Under the environment of Omnimedia, the traditional pattern of the content production, dissemination and consumption has been transformed,even overturned,which drives the traditional journalism education to the re - adjustment and re -planning. In the environment of Omnimedia,journalism education is supposed to strengthen the cultivation and training of media skills on the basis of emphasizing the training of comprehensive quality in humanistic aspects like sociology,philosophy. In the meantime ,journalism needs the timely adjustment so as to make journalism education move towards the direction of integration, network, mobilization and digitalization and foster the interdisciplinary compound news talents to satisfy the needs of the media convergence.
