摘    要:为适应油田企业基层建设、精细管理等活动对培训提出的新要求,特以油田企业班组长培训为研究样本,并在分析企业发展战略、查阅国内外文献、调研班组长现状的基础上,建立了油田企业班组长胜任力培训模型,将其应用于班组长培训需求分析等培训活动中,取得了较好的效果。特此对该培训方式进行了总结与归纳,以期为油田企业基层管理者的培训有所裨益。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the new demands of construction at the local level and fine management in oilfield enterprises for training, the training for team or group leaders in oilfield enterprises was especially used as the sample of study. Based on the analysis of enterprise development strategy, the consulting of domestic and international literature, and the survey for the state of group leaders, the training model about the competency of group managers in oilfield enterprises has been constructed, which is used in the training activity like analyzing demands for the training of group managers, and thus getting good results. Therefore, this paper summarizes the training ways so as to help the training of first - line managers in oilfield enterprises.
