生态伦理观与生态创新体系的建立

该文首先回顾了人类认识自然的历程,从时间维度拓展到地理空间维度考察人与自然的关系,指出自然观念的时间过程性和空间不平衡。文章进一步探讨了非人类中心主义的生态伦理观和人类的生态发展观及可持续发展观的价值观念,并以可可西里的藏羚羊盗猎者和保护队之间的冲突为例,阐述了两者在现实抉择中的矛盾。文章最后提出构建生态创新体系,实现理论创新体系同技术创新体系和制度创新体系的有机结合,并在后两者的领域内寻求化解理论冲突的途径。

Ecology Ethic and Establishment of Ecology Creative System

Firstly,the paper reviews the course of human's understanding the nature,studies the relation between humanity and nature from the time dimension to the space dimension,and points out the time continuity of nature and imbalance in space.Secondly,the ecology ethic of the non_anthropocentrism and ecology development concept are discussed in this paper,which uses an example of the conflict between robbers living on hunting antelopes and guardians in Kekexili,northwest of Qinghai Province.Finally, the paper suggests that an ecology creative system should be built and theory creative system should be combined with technology innovation system and system setup.A new approach to resolving the theory conflict can be found.
