| 摘 要： | 大力发展高等职业技术教育,加强高职院校教师队伍建设十分重要.要实现高等职业技术教育目标,培养合格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人,就必须要努力提高高职教师的政治思想素质和业务水平,提高创新能力和实践动手能力,加强教师师德建设,增强科研意识和研究水平,建设和完善教师奖励制度,稳定教师队伍,推动高等技术教育不断发展.
