湖南省创业板上市公司发展分析

创业板为高新科技中小企业提供便利的融资渠道，大力发展创业板是促进科技与金融相结合的重要手段。为了探寻多层次资本市场建设，以3年以来湖南省创业板上市公司的公开数据为基础，运用多种方法对湖南省创业板上市公司的发展状况进行了研究。研究结果认为湖南创业板上市公司目前发展趋势良好，但是还存在优势不明显，总量较小，贡献不足的问题，建议通过公司内部调整与政府外部辅助相结合的方式来获得进一步的发展。

Analyses on Developments of GEM Listed Companies of Hunan Province

GEM is a convenient financing channel for high-tech SMEs, enriching the structure of multi-level capital market in China. The research on companies listed on GEM is of great significance from all aspects. In this paper, our research is based on the publicly available data about which listed companies on GEM of Hunan Province published in last three years. The main means in this research is measuring the companies＇ EVA, and a variety of statistical methods and financial accounting are also used in this paper. This research generally analyzes listed companies on GEM＇s development history and current development status, and makes a detailed empirical research for the company＇s overall performance and economic and social contribution. This research make the conclusion that the development trend of listed companies on GEM on Hunan is ascendant, but there are still several problems about the listed companies on GEM： some advantages not obvious, the company is too small, the contribution is also too small. The research suggests that we should get further development through the company＇s internal adjustment and the external auxiliary by government.
