| 摘 要： | 《企业战略管理》课程案例教学法在实践存在着诸多问题，如教师缺乏新型教学理念导致实际案例教学能力不强、案例教学结构模式单一、案例质量参差不齐、案例教学的组织安排不合理导致教学效果欠佳以及学生参与案例教学的积极性不高习惯被动教学等，这严重影响了该门课程的教学质量。因此，需要从提升教师综合素质、创新教学模式及转变学生角色等环节着手加以改革。 |

| Abstract: | There are many problems in the practice of case teaching method of the strategic management course. For example, if the teacher being lack of new teaching concept, it may cause that the teaching ability in actual case teaching is poor, the teaching structure mode is too simple, or the quality of each teaching case cannot be ensured. And unreasonable case teaching arrangement has a bed effect on the teaching efficiency and the enthusiasm of students participation of case study, making students passive learners. These problems have seriously affected the teaching quality of the course, we should take measures and reform from the aspect of improving teachers＇ comprehensive quality, innovating teaching mode and transforming the student＇s role. |
