| 摘 要： | 城市社区是城市的细胞，是居民相结合的生活基地。社区的和谐是人类社会文明发展进程的重要标志。强化基层科普能力建设，是科普工作者必须认真思考的重要问题。社区科普教育是一项民心工程，其深远意义和重要作用已大大超过了其自身功能。长沙市社区与高校科普益民联合机制中所存在机制困境、管理困境和服务困境，建立社区科普联合工作机制、加强社区科普工作的管理和建立科普工作联合服务体系对于建设综合型科普示范社区意义重大。

| Abstract: | City community is not only the cell of city, but also the combination of residents＇ living base. Community harmony is an important symbol of human civilization development process. The basic unit popular science ability construction is an important issue which popular science workers must ponder earnestly. The community popular science education is a popular project, which is significant profoundly and plays the vital role. This paper explores the dilemma of joint mechanism, management and service of the science through analysis. Finally, it proposes to construct a science popularization mechanism, establish community joint working mechanism, and strengthen the community science popularization management to build a comprehensively science- popularized model community. |
