| 摘 要： | 为克服高校社科学报趋同与平凡的现象,对什么是开门办刊、如何开门办刊,进行了探讨。认为,通过开门办刊来创办特色栏目、吸纳优质外稿,给普通高校社科学报的发展带来了生机;认为,只有通过编辑策划,树立独树一帜、推陈出新的办刊理念,才能办好学报。
